HB 132 — Senior Municipal Court Judges

This bill makes changes to the Council of Municipal Court Judges in Georgia, establishing a new position for "senior municipal court judges." Former judges with at least 10 years of experience could apply for this status. To qualify, they must complete mandatory training, be licensed to practice law in Georgia, and maintain active membership with the State Bar of Georgia.
