SB 69 — "Georgia Courts Access and Consumer Protection Act": Enact

This is the second bill in Governor Kemp's Tort Reform package. 

This legislation would add a new chapter to Title 7 of the Georgia Code to govern litigation financing as it relates to parties who provide litigation financing in exchage for consideration of any kind.
