HB 304 — Georgia Municipal Court Clerks' Council: Create

This legislation would create a Georgia Municipal Court Clerks' Council which would be composed of the municipal court staff of all the municipal courts in the state. The purpose of this council would be to improve municipal courts and the administration of justice, to assist municipal court staff throughout the state, and to promote and assist in the training of municipal court staff. Expenses for the council would be paid out of state funds.
