SB 189 — Legal Notices: Require DCA Online Database Posting

This bill would require DCA to create an online database where legal notices would be required to be posted in addition to the legal organ. If the legal organ did not have an office in the county, posting on the data base could be in lieu of the legal organ. Also if the legal organ made a mistake in posting, the legal notice would be deemed sufficient if done correctly on the data base
