GMA Summary

This bills seeks to allow individuals to produce distilled spirits in their private residences under certain conditions. A single person may produce up to 5 gallons per year, while two or more people of legal drinking age can produce up to 10 gallons annually, with a limit of 2.5 gallons every 90 days. The spirits can only be consumed at the residence and by legal drinkers. They may be transported (up to 60 ounces at a time) but cannot be sold or publicly consumed, and they must be securely sealed and labeled with the producer’s name and address.
