HB 547 — CUVA: Combine Multiple Covenants Into a New Covenant

House Bill 547 would allow a single owner with multiple parcels of CUVA land under multiple covenants to combine those parcels into one single ten-year covenant. The owner would have to file a real property tax return with the board of tax assessors before combining the CUVA land parcels. The bill would become effective on January 1, 2026.
